I’m not a football fan, but I am a food fan! Any excuse to eat delicious food and I’m there! These sliders are perfect for a party. They are easy and most of it can be prepared the day before and just assembled the day of.

Ingredients
2lbsBoneless Chicken Thighs
1- 1 1/2cupsFavorite Buffalo Wing Sauce
2Celery Stalks
114ozBag of Coleslaw mix
1/2cupMayonnaise
2tbspSugar
1tbspWhite Vinegar
1 1/2tbspLemon Juice
1/4tspSalt
1/2tspPepper
1/2cupBlue Cheese crumbles
Instructions
Blue Cheese Coleslaw
Into a bowl, add mayo, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and blue cheese. Mix well, breaking up the blue cheese crumbles as you mix.
Sliced your celery very thin or you can use the tool I am using in the video, which I love!
Add in celery and coleslaw to the bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Buffalo Chicken
Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and rub the seasoning into the chicken. Airfry on 400℉ for 20 mins or until internal temp reaches 170℉.
Using your hands or a kitchenmaid mixer, shred the chicken. Pour in 1 – 1 1/2 cups your favorite Buffalo Sauce and mix well.
Cut open the slider buns spread softened butter over both sides and toast in a pan until golden brown.
Add the buffalo chicken first, then the blue cheese coleslaw and place the top on. Use a sharp knife to cut each slider before serving.
