This has all the flavors of a shrimp boil without the actual boil. Just throw everything on a sheet pan, cook it for 15 -18 mins and you’re done. Delicious and easy! It just needs a little prep work to ensure this dish is perfect.
Boil the potatoes until fork tender or you can microwave and steam them in the bag they came in if that is an option. Place the corn with the husk in the microwave and cook for 7 mins.
Remove the husk from the corn and cut into 3 pieces. Cut the potatoes in half. Mince the garlic and set aside.
Cut the sausage into 1 inch sections and set aside.
Assembly
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Add all the ingredients onto the sheet pan, corn, potatoes, shrimp, and sausage. Sprinkle with minced garlic. Season with old bay seasoning and pepper (no salt because the old bay has salt in it).
Drizzle with olive oil and rub the seasoning into the ingredients with your hands. Then top with pats of butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425℉ for 15-18 mins, depending on your oven and the size of the shrimp you are using.
