This is a dish I grew up eating. Friday nights were for fish dishes and this was a staple in our family. But as prices rose on blue crabs, it became less and less a staple and more of a treat every once in a while. Such a simple dish but packed with amazing crab flavor!

Ingredients
6Blue Crabs, top shell removed
128ozCan of Whole San Marzano Tomatoes, pureed
114ozCan Whole Baby Roma tomatoes
2clovesGarlic, minced
1/4 – 1/2tspRed Pepper Flakes
Chopped Fresh Parsley to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
1lbSpaghetti
Instructions
To a large pot, add olive oil, parsley stalks, garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute until fragrant, add the crabs and saute for a couple of minutes, until they start to turn red.
Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, simmer for 30 mins on medium low with a vented cover.
When sauce is finished, remove crabs from sauce. Then add freshly chopped parsley and stir.
Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce pot and toss to coat.
