Start by prepping the vegetables. Sliced the onions and peppers. Remove the skin from the garlic and either leave it whole or mince it if you want a stronger garlic flavor.
OvernightInto a large sheet pan, add onion, peppers, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. drizzle with olive oil and mix well with your hands to coat everything in the seasoning. Even the layer of vegetables out.
