Sheet pan meals are perfect for busy weeknight dinners. I love that I don’t have to stand by the stove, I can just put it in the oven and let it do its thing!

Sheet Pan: Sausage & Peppers

Quick and easy version of sausage and peppers!

  • 10 Sweet Italian Sausage links
  • 3 Red Bell Peppers
  • 2-3 Onions
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1-2 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling


  • Start by prepping the vegetables. Sliced the onions and peppers. Remove the skin from the garlic and either leave it whole or mince it if you want a stronger garlic flavor.
  • OvernightInto a large sheet pan, add onion, peppers, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. drizzle with olive oil and mix well with your hands to coat everything in the seasoning. Even the layer of vegetables out.
  • Add the sausage on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with white wine and a little more olive oil.
  • Bake at 400℉ for 30 to 40 minutes until the sausage is browned and the vegetables are cooked. Periodically go in and stir everything around to make sure it cooks evenly.
