This is a great meatless option for pizza night. If you love salad pizza, you’re going to love this greek style version! I use my Nonna Style pizza dough recipe for the dough.

Greek Salad Pizza

A salad pizza with greek style flavors.

  • Nonna Style Pizza dough
  • 2 oz Feta Cheese
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese


  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Plum tomato
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder


  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder


  • Preheat your oven for 1 hour at 500℉ with a pizza stone or steel on the bottom rack.
  • Stretch out your dough to the size of the pan. Grease the pan with olive oil and place the dough on the pan.
  • Top wit crumbled Feta cheese, mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Place on top of the heated pizza stone/steel and bake until golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 mins, but watch it, every oven is different.
  • In a jar with a lid, add all of the dressing ingredients and shake well.
  • To a bowl, add romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta cheese and Kalamata olives. Pour the desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  • Once the pizza is out of the oven, top with salad and enjoy!
