Greek Salad Pizza
This is a great meatless option for pizza night. If you love salad pizza, you’re going to love this greek style version! I use my Nonna Style pizza dough recipe for the dough.
Greek Salad Pizza
A salad pizza with greek style flavors.
Ingredients
- Nonna Style Pizza dough
- 2 oz Feta Cheese
- 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Salad
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Plum tomato
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven for 1 hour at 500℉ with a pizza stone or steel on the bottom rack.
- Stretch out your dough to the size of the pan. Grease the pan with olive oil and place the dough on the pan.
- Top wit crumbled Feta cheese, mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder and extra virgin olive oil.
- Place on top of the heated pizza stone/steel and bake until golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 mins, but watch it, every oven is different.
- In a jar with a lid, add all of the dressing ingredients and shake well.
- To a bowl, add romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta cheese and Kalamata olives. Pour the desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Once the pizza is out of the oven, top with salad and enjoy!
