Mini Apple Pies
It’s apple season! These little pies are so easy to make and look like you bought them at a bakery! You don’t need to be an avid baker to make these and all you need is a few ingredients.

Mini Apple Pies
Ingredients
- 6 Honey Crisp apples, cored and diced
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp AP Flour
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Crisp Topping
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/3 cup Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- Pinch of salt
Crust
- 1 Sheet puff pastry
Instructions
- Add apples to a bowl and squeeze lemon juice on top. Add flour to the apples and mix.
- To a sauté pan add butter and melt.
- Add in the apples, season with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cook until slightly softened and caramelized. Set aside to cool.
- Mix all of the crisp ingredients together and set aside.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 equal portions. Using a cupcake pan, place each piece of puff pastry into each well and press down.
- Add approximately 1 1/2 Tbsp of Apple filling and top with a crumble. Brush the exposed crust with egg wash.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
