Add Olive oil to a large saute pan. Once heated, add prosciutto and cook until crisp. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
To the same pan, add onion and saute until softened. Add Asparagus and peas with water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and steam for a few mins until peas are plump and tender.
Stir in heavy cream and reduce until slightly thickened.
Boil the pasta according to package directions. Add pasta to the pan with the sauce and mix to combine, coating the pasta in the sauce.
Add grated cheese and continue to mix.
Plate the pasta and top with crispy prosciutto and more grated cheese! Enjoy!
