Rumballs
This grownup treat is so decadent. Rum and Nutella are a married made in heaven! It’s so easy and no bake! These are a make ahead dessert, the longer they sit the more flavorful they become.

Ingredients
- 15 Chocolate Graham Crackers
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 3/4 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Rum
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 1/3 cup Light corn syrup
Instructions
- Place the graham crackers into a food processor or blender. Pulse until they are ground coarsely. Set Aside.
- Chop the walnuts and pecans finely.
- Add the graham crackers, walnut, pecans and confectioners sugar to a bowl.
- Then add the rum, Nutella and corn syrup. Mix well and make sure everything is well combined and moist. Knead with your hands so it comes together. You can also do this in a food processor. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. **If the mixture seems too dry, add more corn syrup or rum if you dare! lol
- After 1 hour, using a 1 inch cookie scoop, scoop balls of the mixture and roll until smooth. Roll in your preferred coating. Some Suggestions are cocoa powder, coconut flakes, nuts, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
- Store in an airtight container. These are best made a few days before serving. They become more flavorful as they sit.
