Pecan Snowball Cookies
These are always part of my Christmas cookie tray. They are so simple to make and melt in your mouth! Even if you are not a baker, you cannot mess these cookies up, they come out perfect every time.
Pecan Snowball Cookies
A melt in your mouth delight. An easy cookie that comes out perfect every time!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cups AP Flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- Confectioners Sugar for Rolling
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in Vanilla extract.
- Sift flour and salt together. Add in dry ingredients to the creamed butter, making sure it is incorporated. Add in chopped Pecans and mix.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 mins.
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Using a 1 inch cookie scoop, place the cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 mins.
- Roll the warm cookies in confectioner's sugar and place on a wire rack to cool.
- These freeze really well, so they can definitely make these ahead.
