Grilled Peach, Prosciutto & Burrata Salad
This is the perfect summer salad. It’s sweet, tangy, and salty with the creamy deliciousness from the burrata! So refreshing and so easy to put together.

Grilled Peach, Prosciutto & Burrata Salad
The perfect summer salad!
Ingredients
- 2 Burrata
- 6-8 oz Arugula
- 2 Peaches
- 5-6 slices Prosciutto
- Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling
- Honey for drizzling
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the Arugula.
- Wash the peaches well and cut into quarters. Heat up your grill or grill pan and sear on both sides of the flesh for a few mins until you achieve grill marks. Remove and set aside.
- Season the arugula with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix to coat. Place onto a serving dish.
- Add the grilled peaches on top, along with the two Burrata. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey to taste.
- Roll up slices of prosciutto and add them into between the peach slices for a beautiful presentation.
