Copycat White Castle Sliders
I grew up in the Bronx and 3 blocks away from a White Castle. It wasn’t something I ate often but it was definitely a treat as a kid when I did! And it always has to be one of my friends moms that would buy it for us be cause my Italian mom wouldn’t be caught dead in there lol!
These copycat sliders capture the flavor profile of those sliders! They are easy to make and my family loves them!
